A planning application has been made to Solihull Council to knock down 193 Tanworth Lane and build 12 houses.
There would be a terrace of 3 houses fronting Tanworh Lane and the other 9 houses would be built in what are currently back gardens.
Of the 12 houses, 6 would have 4 bedrooms, 3 would have 3 bedrooms and a study, and the other 3 would have 3 bedrooms.
The new houses would be built next to the recently renovated houses near to the allotments. A road to access the site would be built to the right of the new terrace of houses. The development would back on to gardens and some of the properties on Blackford Road. Plans can be seen on Solihull Council's website. You will need enter the year 2011 and application number 1878.
